"Dalam perjuangan kita (PAS) bagi mencapai kemerdekaan, kita telah dan terusmenerus memperjuangkan Melayu itu sebagai kebangsaan bagi negara Tanah Melayu ini dengan bertapak di atas asas ideologi Islam yang maha suci”
Now tell me if there is anything wrong with that?. Looks great to me
Two of the basic things that was in Tanah Melayu prior to anything else of what we see now surviving in Malaysia, a lot of things from the old days went out of fashion say, the beca for instance, i remember jumping out of them in one of my “kena kencing” going to the movie trip but end up at the dentist.
I added that cause that's the ONLY thing that changed
And if so why the need to split parties into something else?
Do go back to your original “struggle”; find out what is wrong with it if any (especially those from PKR......you all definitely kena kencing already !!!!!!!), some of it may require some fine tuning and adjustment but some just remains......stay true to them....
The way i see folks, based on current and projected population of Malaysia, the votes of the Malay is the most critical one to ensure power to rule this country... which is why someone is in a hurry to capture YOUNG MALAY VOTES...
Do you allow them to practice their religion in your home, especially the ones who are of a different belief........
Do you respect them as a human? or do you treat them as lesser beings........
The kinda shit i hear on Indonesian TV stations about abuse and fraud cases by Malaysian employers is sickening.....most do not qualify as news in Malaysia....but here they do......
Memalukan negara !!! Tak boleh ke lu orang treat people nicely and pay their salary for the hard work that they have done for you......
Are Indonesian pribumis your "proxy" Malay punching bag?.....Why do you have some much hate towards the Malay race in Malaysia?..........Same goes for the Malays...why do you all hate the other races in Malaysia? Bet if suddenly there is an influx of "foreign workers" of Chinese origin or Indian origin working for the Malays, their fate would be the same as the Indonesians..
About the salary thing....how can you not pay after they have done their work properly for you.. especially those in the Construction sector......that's hard work you prick!!!!!!! try doing that for 2 days and see if you can take it......
Enough of this shit folks start treating them like humans, instill respect not FEAR.....you will definitely have a better life when people respect rather than fear you.......you can begin to build some trust as well........
They did not choose you, you choose them to work for you, some of you don't even choose them..they got picked by a random faceless agents out here...
....they come to our country looking for financial freedom from the life that they have here.........so imagine how they feel after you don't pay them.......how would you feel your boss kencing n don't pay your salary at the end of month
Not nice people....you should treat them better......
How is the foreign worker compensation scheme working anyway???? Any claims data you would like to share with all of us............
Just in case our maid is sick.....send them for medical treatment folks don't buy panadol only.....
We must also create emergency maid service something like AAM kinda thing (I dont know whether we have this or not in KL...sorry...malas n..too sleepy to search for it)...we can call a number in advance by half-a-day to book for a maid that come clean professionally for a few hours, or baby sitters etc....we should also have men cleaners service, it reduces the risk of khalwat.......so once they recover they come back to work.....simple plus it helps reduces infectious diseases.......health checks are important especially if they handle food and babies........
by the way do you allow them to go out on their own with friends, like normal people or do you keep them working on rest day.....what time do they get up for work and what time do they end?
How many hours do you put up a day for work??....how much is your salary and how much do you pay them?.......or is this how we treat manual labors......
i think difficult times are coming and people need to scale down....just get a job what ever i takes as long as it brings in a halal pay.......jangan malu.........this can help with our employment numbers.......what if going forward the manual labors in Malaysia are our people....would you treat them differently?
Eh... whats this i hear about Sime and AirAsia building another low cost airport in Labu for about 1.6 Billion...wah you couldn't get IJN now going after another crap is it? i don't know.......... what do u think ....do we need another low cost airport...or should we bring everything back to KLIA and charge differently for low cost airline to operate....its more efficient and better connected.......18 Million customers is a lot of potential retail opportunity.........dah la tu.......pikir nak carik duit aje.....if you want to develop try as much using existing infrastructure..fix them and make them operate better....put a brake on unnecessary construction expenditure...this can help support should real estate prices falls further as the potential evolving crisis deepens..........
Do you have a tummy?.....sounds cute actually the word itself....
I have one.....it somehow appeared without me noticing it.....maybe i did .....but i was happy....
I think people with tummies are happy people....they just let go and don't care.....
i freaked out one day......... fiddling with my wife's camera phone....i was trying to figure it out , pointed the thing towards my feet.....and it wasn't there anymore......i couldn't see my feet...
And then i became aware of it......
and entrepreneurs begin to notice it as well......how difficult is it anyway to identify a customer?
They could see us among the crowds at malls say couple of meters away....precisely identifying us...............
So many gadgets were introduced....ever seen the one that looks like a belt.....some shakes, there was this one thing i tried...not mine...it gave small electric shocks to your tummy so that it contracts...sit ups on a sofa......watching something on TV....sakit suit gua terkejut gile...
Anyway..they follow us online as well.......reminding us of the fact...."5 Steps to A Flat Stomach" some 7 steps....macam macam lah....i just hate online advertising and spams....machines are getting faster....at they speed they are sending....if you notice....all email accounts have spam folders......its just algorithms spewing potential characters in your email id......start with the first digit.....alphanumeric combination...in a couple of seconds would probably got a few accounts for the machines to send them out....
Ah..this one i think you must heard.......people who fell for the "you pay me some money for you to get more money from some important person internationally who needs to find a proxy account".......
Too many corporations are watching us....especially those that have our confidential informations....careful with credit cards, they understand your spending patterns, they can identify your potential locations in real time during credit validation checks........ We are just targets......for what is in our wallet....
For those who have tried other methods for your tummy besides actual exercise....don't... exercise folks ..its good for you....how many of you do not do any form of exercise say over a sustained period of 3 months......you just work, eat, have fun with kids n wife/husbands, sleep, etc.....absolutely no exercise...tak berpeluh langsung inside air conditioned environments....its not good for you, i'm hearing of many late 20's early 30's people getting heart attacks scary siut................
Go out people......just go out for a picnic......with your family and friends.....be nice to everybody around you.....a small step towards improving our inter-community relationships.....
I call for Corporates in Malaysia to rise to the occasion in undertaking their corporate social responsibilities by organizing more family related activities for their employees in support of Government efforts in improving race relations issues ...you have made so much money out of us...your customers......we need your help...governments have limited resources to handle this....what ever they do it will be viewed as "political"......
BULLSHIT folks enough with all the crappy politics in Malaysia........dah la tu......kalau gua boleh pelempang and tak kena tangkap...................... belambak dah kena sepak..our politicians...
I think we deserve that..datang office fill up a form then bagi dia sebijik pelempang...and say thank you..
Dah merapu dah ni......
Ah...now i remembered what i wanted to share with you all............ had always wanted this after hearing it from Bro H......
How many of you put up your hand to call the waiter , especially at your average stalls.. five of them zipping around doing nothing all oblivious to you...or even go to a business entity owned by other races..that serves the masses such as workshop for example....and at the end of the "interaction" you feel somewhat cheated in a way..after another customer of the same race as the mechanic walks in and they speak in a language that you don't understand...with friendly facial expressions.........
How do you feel i ask you now?.......
Was it like this before? or was it "better" or somewhat tolerable.......
I think it is time to look at our Rukun Negara.....cause i dont think its working.......
Forget Constitution........those are for "institutions" which aims to govern our interaction...too many articles to remember and understand for a layman....
Imagine this the first target of any ruling party is to have the ability to amend it....that's all they wanted............to GOVERN us.....first thing out from the news...after the complete black out of information during the last GE......BN loses the "ability"........some people may disagree about constitutions being a control parameter for only institutions but the thing we are asked to do about it.... is actually to PROTECT the Supremacy of the Constitution....that's the do part....
Creating a just society in which the wealth of the nation shall be equitably distributed;
Ensuring a liberal approach to her rich and diverse cultural tradition,
Building a progressive society which shall be oriented to modern science and technology.
satD:How many did you score.....say a 5 out of 10 on the above.....i only managed to score a low 5 on the last one .....the science and technology part even that i think we could have done better .......................why didn't the Government have policies like qualification of MSC Buildings (Anywhere within 50KM of a reference point) if you are connected at a certain level on the Grid instead of focusing on real estate aspects........that's our Subprime Goverment Projects i think...got a few more i can name but go figure folks..... We, the people of Malaysia, pledge our united efforts to attain these ends, guided by these principles:
Belief in God.
Loyalty to King and Country.
Supremacy of the Constitution.
The Rule of Law.
Mutual respect and good social behavior.
satD: I'm gonna skip item 2,3 and 4 as i find them hard to assign a numerical value
i'm gonna instead ask you on things that you do everyday.......Item 1 and 5....
How many of you actually practice religion? I mean you can be a Muslim but you drink, commit adultery, lie with malice and intent, tak mandi hadas n never sembayang......
When was the last time you were in church on Sunday? How many of you say your prayers before your meal? Or you just wallop the whole thing in without even thinking about GOD..
Do you say your prayers before you go to sleep......or do you offer anything at all to your GOD
and how many of you don't believe in anything
Count yourself....and your associations and compare that with the people around you say in your office, family etc etc.......whats the %?
Now on point 5....which is the key to our UNITY.....
Imagine if everyone now is more polite with one another....not fake polite.....but genuinely polite how would things be.......
I've been in Jakarta for a few years already........it's so nice.....people are so polite......you genuinely feel it......being called a Pak is actually quite nice.....and this is across all race...not just the pribumi....Ibu'k.........Mas.....Mbak......so so polite.....that helps......
It's different tho when people get into their cars.......no need for communication and our cars can get 100% tint........anyway whats the fuss about tinted cars.........it helps conserve energy you fool
Look at how we drive.....i don't need to come out with any analogy on this one...you know for yourself.................and we got no tint...i could actually see your face coming at me....
And to people as well as businesses what is your level of integrity in doing business? We've heard so many large scale corporate failures in recent years arising from complete failure in your principles of integrity......ever heard of terms like corporate governance and risk management..these are tools designed to control them.......the recent one freak me out..
Anyway folks....i got an online date with my wife....see ya...
PS:Do think about being more polite to one another and try defining what integrity actually means....ah before i forget... bring back cigarettes advertising.....ask them to spend on National Unity...Billboards, Sports, Messages on Cigarettes Boxes..with scary picture on the other side....ahhh one last one....sssh don't tell people ya...M***j***a unite people of various culture n languages.....perhaps that can be a catalyst......you can start with medicinal use first......
Let us start from the basics......and see if the answer we are looking for is staring right at our face.
Key Problems
1. Religious Intolerance is rising compounded by the lack of "understanding" and the "cultural race based" need to "protect" own community interest
2. Lack of "basic" fundamental solution which can be applied across all ethnic and religious groups in Malaysia
3. Lack of "understanding" of the original context and of how our constitution came into writing which lead to the lack of National Identity after 51 years of nationhood arising primarily from the "absence" of a "commonly shared" values and a unifying national language which is practiced widely as a true medium of communication among the various races in Malaysia
For the purpose of this article i shall focus on Problem 1 and 2, as many have written on the Need of A unifying language and the lack of the National Identity or the "Bangsa Malaysia" which we all hope for......so here are some basic Key Basic Facts in Our “Humanly Written” Constitution
1. All persons are equal before the law and entitled to the equal protection of the law
2. Islam is the religion of the Federation; but other religions may be practiced in peace and harmony in any part of the Federation
3. Every person has the right to profess, practice his religion and to propagate it but subject to the State law and in respect of the Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur and Labuan, federal law which may control or restrict the propagation of any religious doctrine or belief among persons professing the religion of Islam.
Allow me now to indulge you in my perspective of as Malay Muslim Malaysian. I am a firm believer of Islam and i put more faith in Al-Quran which acts as the book of specifications for all mankind. Time and time again it has always provided an avenue for adjudication when all “human” laws and rules fail to deal with a particular situation........
Fundamental Assumption 1
Religious Freedom is Central To Islam
To believe or Not to believe is a decision to be made by the individual and Allah SWT provided many reminders to all in the Quran
“Say the truth from your Lord. Now whosoever will, may believe and whosoever will, may disbelieve” (Kahf, 29).
“If your Lord so willed, He could have made mankind one nation, yet they do not cease to differ.” (Hud, 118)
“If it had been your Lord’s will, all who are in the world have believed altogether. Will you, then, force the people to become believers?” (Yunus, 99)
“There is no compulsion in religion.” (Baqarah, 256)
“O Muhammad! Invite to the path of your Lord with wisdom and kindly exhortation.” (Nahl 125)
“To you belongs your religion, and to me mine.” (Kafirun 6).
As such, Islam does not seek to interfere in the beliefs of other religion, not only that it also undertake the responsibility to protect the rights of other customs, religion, the property and the honor of the Non-Muslim populace.
Fundamental Assumption 2
Islam encourages dialogue with Non-Muslim
Islam is not a "buta tuli"and "katak bawah tempurung" religion which only serve the needs of the Muslim ummah. It encourages dialogues in order to promote the strengthening of relationship among the Muslim and the Non-Muslim.....and Allah SWT said
"O people! Behold, we have created you from a male and a female and have made you into nations and tribes so that you might come to know one another. Verily, the noblest of you in the sight of God is the one who is most deeply conscious of Him. Behold, God is all-knowing, all-aware." [Qur'an 49:13]
“And if they incline to peace, incline also to it, and trust in Allah. Assuredly, He is the hearer, and Knower.” (al-Anfal 61)
“Allah does not forbid you to be kind and equitable to those who have made war on your religion nor driven you from your homes. For Allah loves those who are just. Allah only forbids you with regard to those who fight you for your faith and derive you out of your homes and support others in deriving you out, from turning to them (for friendship and protection). It is such as turn to them (in these circumstances) that do wrong.” (al-Mumtahinah, 8, 9)
So folks what can we infer from the two fundamental assumption in relation to the on-goings in our ethno-religious interaction embedded in the social fabric of Malaysia........ As you can see our "humanly-written" constitution is in agreement with both Fundamental 1&2 laid out above in its "spirit" .....Our challenge have always been the implementation of the down line policy action as well as the institutions and the people who are tasked to "deal" or manage an issue when a "dispute" arises....What are we seeing on a daily basis, how situation are evolving and of how the authorities are dealing with them...........crap i say.....too much worldly attachment in the decision making process.......
First and foremost i believe that every Tom, Dick,Harry, Ali, Abu , Ah Kau , Ah Seng, Lingam, Mutu etc must realize that regardless of our ethnicity or religion, everybody have got a share of the common responsibility to make our Tanah Air Tercinta a place that we can live together in peace and harmony. So if we agree on that to begin with, then the most important step for us is to start with building the "commonunderstanding" of our "differences" so that we got something to hold on to in times of "uncertainty"
I do hope that all of us regardless of our race and religion can look at the issue at hand with maturity and also ask simple basic questions like does all religion promote us to do good things? How does our religion ask us to treat people who are different in their belief from us? How does our religion ask us to treat our neighbors and all within the society that we live in?.....these are blardy basic question that requires URGENT consolidated understanding among the various races and religion in Malaysia....as the malay saying goes "kalau tak kenal maka tak cinta".....
Which unites people most......cultural aspects of race or spiritual aspects of religion.......how many wars have been fought on the premise of religion...and how many ethnic conflicts have we seen after the major surviving religions came into teaching.......
Who is coordinating all of these.......are they all working in unison.....what is their next course of action and what is their ultimate goals?
The proximity of events should be observed as barometer of conflict.....brewing slowly ....the police must be at their highest state of readiness.........our future lies in how well you do your job.....you've failed us many times over these past few years.........some events of your failure gives us nightmares...
do you want your children to go thru a horrible experience.......think about it people.....and talk with one another please...online seems to be the most truthful way of communicating.....problems are always sub-sets of bigger problems.....we need to look at the indicators around us on a daily basis...can u feel it in the air.......do you suddenly become different in anyway about how u feel towards another person of a different race or religion?
Tun M mentions of compensation payments for our investment on human capital for students who never bothered to come back.......Dearest Tun ...they are already paying......most of our best of breed BNM scholars who leave for greener pastures pays in Cash......this has been happening for years....other scholars too
Who are we to blame now...in the new world of Global Capitalism and high mobility of resources...the best should be compensated fairly.....can help but think that a Malaysian Investment Banker working in NY can pull a minimum 200K US a year ......and he or she is only in his mid 20's .........
Did our government bothered to run programs to overseas students in their final year .......What is the root cause ? Its easy to point out fingers at foreign multinationals but is the problem not here........the complete lack of merit driven system......
I think now it has reach a critical level especially at the highest level of leadership.....not long ago the whole country does not even bother to even think about royals in our system......and now look at what is happening.....people actually are rallying behind royals who thinks for the people cause others in the position of authority and leaderships seem to have their brain completely drained out...and walking around as if they are on Acid or something......
"There is something rotten in the state of Malaysia".....Tun M 15th Aug 2007
Does rotten even begin to describe it ..
Our biggest problem is complete lack of "Information Transparency" which lead to poor accountability of the decision making process in the Government or in public companies.....
We the man on the street need to understand our rights as citizens or stakeholders.... i personally don't know the level of access to information which we are suppose to get especially with regards to govt decisions or policies or contracts with private sectors etc....our elected representative in the parliament who is supposed to provide some element of check n balance are the same people in the government decision making process...this is a critical flaw in the process.....the whole whip voting system in the parliament is another defunct function which should go ASAP....Opposition voice power in the parliament in rather minuscule in comparison to the ruling power..hence complete failure of the process....
So where do we go from here....perhaps we need to find disgruntled government officers who dares to pass on all the critical piece of information for us out here to decipher, use and put them on OUR OWN Public Court of the Internet....
The power to govern lies in the control of information flow...in the new world of information technology....to balance of power have shifted....the time is now folks for the future of our young ones.....do not let Malaysia becomes a failed nation state
I don't want us to one day be like people who lives next to a dump site.......completely immune to the smell... as it is already a part of our daily life
