Should Xylophone be allowed to walk?

INDEPENDENT Senator Nick Xenophon has had teargas fired in his direction during a demonstration for electoral reforms in central Kuala Lumpur. Tens of thousands of demonstrators swamped the Malaysian capital today to demand the reforms, ahead of national polls expected soon. Senator Xenophon, who is in Kuala Lumpur on an international fact-finding mission on election processes in Malaysia, was among the crowds when police fired teargas and chemical-laced water at demonstrators. (here)

This is what the Law says.

What is a Participant as defined in the Act?

Intentionally or Voluntary Present??? for the Purpose of An Assembly........

He would project himself as an "observer".........

But what is his "Purpose"????

I'm still at loss as to why someone who is on an "International fact-finding mission on Election Process" (invited by Anwar Schelling" Ibrahim) needs to "participate in an assembly on the streets of KL" in order to draw observations on Election Process?

Tell me how can Xylophone "observe" Free Election Process by participating in BERSIH assembly?

The same goes for those who came with their kids......

Clear violation....

And yet......the Law has no power over them.....

Ini macam gua pun nak break the law....

I will start by Tinting My Car Super Duper Gelap in order to make the car cooler and save petrol consumption...

I will rally the support of Breast Feeding mothers who wants to freely expose their teteks in these Super Duper Gelap Cars...away from mamat mamat chronic tak pernah tengok tetek..

I will also rally the support of Minah minah Pakai tudung tapi malas nak pakai while driving....

Lu brani?
